Late Checkout

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

1. Exchanges

• We allow exchanges only for size-related issues.
• Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours after the product has been delivered.
• The product must be in its original condition, and tags/labels must not be removed.

2. Refunds

• Upon receiving your request, the delivery associate will pick up the product from your location and return it to our business.
• Once we receive the returned product, the exchange or refund will be processed.

 

4. Conditions for Exchange/Return/Refund

• The tags/labels must not be removed from the product.
• The product must be in unworn, unused, and original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
